Return Policy
Our return policy is either a store credit or a full exchange on any product that is not opened within 14 days of
purchase – including tarot deck, CD’s, DVD’s, and all other packaged goods and products.
Products on Hold
Any product that you would like to have put on hold – we will be more than happy to do so but it must be collected
within 72 hrs. We regret that we cannot hold a product/ products for longer than the specified time period.
Product Consignments
Please be advised that Awakenings no longer stocks books or products on consignments. We wish all of you much success
with your creative/business ventures.
Special Orders
All special book and product orders require a 50% deposit of the total price including tax. If the requested books
or products are still active, we will do our very best to try and get it for you. Since most of our products arrive
from the United States and Overseas, it can sometimes take 4 weeks if not longer for its arrival into our store. We
appreciate your patience. If the product is no longer available, your deposit will be fully refunded.
